I purchased a subscription when you first released the software & it was meant to be a one off payment now it won't activate for me

I purchased a subscription when you first released the software & it was meant to be a one off payment now it won't activate for me
Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

The product itself is essentially free, you pay for support. With your purchase you get 1 year of free updates and support. When that expires, you can continue to use the last version under your support plan forever. Do you want a newer version, then you'll need to renew the updates plan. Sounds to me by your post that you updated to a newer version past your support subscription.

I would log into your account under available versions, and download the latest one, and see if you can activate that.

I do not see the license under your current account. Probably you have used another one to log in while purchasing. Please try to remember what account you have used, log in and then check te https://nicepage.com/User/app/downloads link for the versions that you can use.
