When I change a logo size in these cards all the logos change how do I stop that so I can make logos smaller or larger without affecting the other logos on the cards? Thanks.

Interesting, I was unable to duplicate the issue when I changed the icon size in 6 panel grid, even in the cell I made the icon change in.

What steps are you using from creating the cells to adding the icons and then editing the icons that causes this effect?

Please export your theme as a project and also point with the screenshot what size do you want to see in the responsive modes.
