When I do not enter a canonical url in the individual page settings, the exported pages show it as index.html. When I do specify a canonical url, the exported page shows the correct url, but shows it twice. How do I fix this.

Hi Allen,
in addition to Jeff's question I would like to suggest, that setting a canonical link should be an option, but not every page needs one. And setting a wrong link produces hard SEO-issues. So the default should be, that there is no canonical link.
Sincerly
Michael
