What is the difference between the options Cover and Contain in the video panel

In the video panel, I find a pull-down menu giving me the choice between Cover and Contain? What is the difference? I noticed that I have to select Contain and the checkmark the Show Player Controls item to see the controls when playing the video from with the website.

Hi,

The contain option adjusts the size of the video in the container so it would fit it and that does not crop the video (some blank spaces may appear). The cover option will stretch the video so no blank spaces will be seen in the container, the video may be cropped.
