Thank you. It looks like the issue happens when the large label is used. But the checkbox is small in the editor only. It looks ok in Chrome preview. But I've asked our developers to check this issue.

I'm just wondering how to create this checkbox as confirmation for using email-address, etc. and didn't find it but now I saw it in your screenshot. Would you mind to let me know how you created this checkbox/confirmation button?

Dear Mike,

the Checkbox is part of normal Form wiget and called "Accept Terms and Conditions".
