Please change phone number formatting urgently!

I did some research and came across your formatting of the phone number. You left the verification to the browser with HTML 5. In it you have excluded the separation of the phone number by / (slash) or - (hyphen) which is common in other countries. So it would be very easy to change this for all countries and allow the formatting.

since i am not a programmer and i, as a user of your software for which we all pay, i would ask you to adapt it as soon as possible. with us in germany it is usual to insert one / after the area code. if a customer comes to the site now and he is not allowed to do so he will leave the site after the second try because he is annoyed. this is poison for a contact form and has to be fixed urgently. since you can't customize the label, it is not possible to show the customer the desired formatting.
