After Wordpress import all data lost

Hi,
I tried to import my Nicepage them into Wordpress today. Now I seem to have lost all data on Nicepage desktop. I get an error message Can't load page. All pictures etc have disappeared. Some pages on my site seem to have some text left.
I have been really happy with Nicepage until today, but this is a disastrous waste of time now. So please can you help?

Hi Nicole,

I tried to import my Nicepage them into Wordpress today. Now I seem to have lost all data on Nicepage desktop.

As I understand, the theme and content imported on the WP website are ok, but the Desktop project is born, right? If the issue happens on Desktop only please provide the Nicepage Desktop website exported as Project. We'll check it on our side.
