Report a bug
  1. I recently moved one Joomla site to Microsoft Azure, and everything seem to work fine
  2. It was initially installed on a MS Azure SQL - and it seem to work, but customer setup a Linux machine with another database
  3. I then changed to parameters in "configuration.php" and pointed at the new database - everything seem to work fine
  4. In fact everything worked fine

Today I opened "Component"/Nicepage in Jooomla and received an error message:
1044 Access denied for user 'diwiton'@'%' to database 'diwiton-se'
/home/site/wwwroot/libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysqli.php:665

The user for the database is in face "diwiton" and the database is named "diwiton-se" - so why is Joomla giving this error message?
Has somehting in the "link between Nicepage and Joomla" got broken when pointing to a new database in "configuration.php"

Also - I cannot change any current pages within Nicepage - it returns a Error 500

So to summeries:
It looks like everything from Nicepage that needs to alter/edit/add to database is not working.
Please help!

During the move my customer also provided with a new database

Hi Keriko,

Looks like the issue is in the server settings. They do have security or size limitations that are restricting Nicepage usage. Please contact the hosting provider ad ask them to check what is blocking Nicepage.
