Hello, I tried Nicepage free version but it seems not responsive but is because is the free version?

The responsive option works also in the free mode. Please explain the issue you have in more details, some screenshots may be helpful.

Create a page, and move along from left to right using the top icons for desktop/laptop/tablet/phone-landscape/phone-portrait modes.
You will have to make adjustments for each.
