Auto Update Footer Copyright Date

If I missed it somewhere please to excuse, else I'd love to see a simple thing added, and that would a footer copyright gizmonic that automatically updates the year. I have done it with HTML code but it would be nice function addition. How about that for a wish list item?

I use the Auto Copyright Year Updater plugin which makes it easy, but it would be good if Nicepage could provide this feature.

That plugin doesn't show as being compatible with the latest WordPress release but it's fairly simple and I've not noticed any issues.
