Ask a Question

Gentlemen
I have acquired a personal license for nicepage for some time ago. At the time I was allowed to export to Joomla, but today as I tried another export, it was not possible.
You have changed the terms of the lifetime license.
Unfortunately I am an old man and not used to Wordpress. I am not going to try to learn Wordpress anymore.
I have worked for two weeks for my new site fine tuning the views. I am very disappointed if I need to scrap the whole project.

Please help me,
Harri

The didn't change anything. A more logical solution would be your updates plan expired and you installed a version beyond your updates license, thus reverting back to the "free" version.

The license you acquire is lifetime. Meaning you can use the last VERSION your updates plan allows for, indefinitely (forever). You CANNOT update beyond the free updates plan, if you do you will lose functionality.

But that is not the case.
My plan does not expire until in January 2021.
So, has there been an update which has lower functionality than the original.

Hi Harri,

The Personal license does not include the Joomla export option and never included, you can see it in our purchase page table:
https://nicepage.com/premium

Probably you were using the free version at that time and the first demo launch allows to try all the export functions.

Gentlemen,
I must say I am very disappointed.
The information about the different plans is misleading, since first it lists that a Joomla app is included in the license. I was happy with the results of my first site export. The fact that the demo version works as expected, is adding to the confusion.
I never would have paid this much for the license, since I am not interested to use the Wordpress export.
What use has the Joomla app if you cannot export???

My family tree project suffers a major setback.
I now understand why nicepage is not listed or endorsed in any of the web site tool reviews.
