Hi, I get an error "esportazione non completata" when I try to export my file on a disk on my local server (NAS).

Can't attach a screenshot (29KB JPG) because I get "The attachment size exceeds the allowed limit (20MB). Try putting the file in a shared location and sending a link instead."...

Hi Paolo,

Could you please create a debug.txt file in the /Nicepage folder in the ~/Library/Application Support directory. Then restart Nicepage, open browser console (Nicepage app uses browser) >> Console tab, and reproduce the issue. Please provide the screenshots with the console log.

Hi,

Could you please follow the second part of the instruction :

Then restart Nicepage, open browser console (Nicepage app uses browser) >> Console tab, and reproduce the issue. Please provide the screenshots with the console log.

The command should be the same as for the Safari browser (Cmd + Opt + J).
Please keep us posted about the progress.

I try to press Cmd + Opt + J, but nothing happens...
Should it open a different console - I mean, different from Safari's?

Hi, I finally made it - the right combination for italian keyboard is Cmd + Opt + C.
I'm attacching the console log screenshot and the most recent debug.txt.

Hope it helps!
