I started adding submenus for each menu item. I made the submenu items tied to blocks on the page of the master menu item. I noticed that when I preview the webpage that the menu items that have submenus do not work when clicked.

If I preview from a page whose menu entry has submenus, then the menu works fine, however, when I try to reach another page whose menu has submenu, then I can not navigate to it with the desktop viewer (Not mobile). Any other other page that does not have submenu, it works fine.
You ask me for my project, but how I don't know how to share it with you. I still have not gotten the 1/2 hour of training and answering my questions.
It appears that Nicepage does not allow for importing themes, is this correct?

Do you have your site online? If yes, provide a link and explain how to reproduce the issue. Are you sure that menu links are correctly set? Maybe you can try to recreate menu and see if that helps. The links of the menu items with submenus should work just fine if the menu is not in the responsive mode.

I am developing on local machine for later moving to external host. I am working on Xampp, wordpress, and Nice page. The problem is experienced in Nicepage. When I exported the project to wordpress, I actually lost the menu imported from Nicepage. had to create a new menu in wordpress. I have not developed submenus yet in wordpress.

Did you import the content? The menu is a part of the content.
If you imported the content, please check the list of menus under the WP Menus. Do you see the new menu?
How did you import the content: through the theme (using the message about content importing) or the plugin (by uploading the content archive through the dashboard Nicepage menu >> Import)?

I have similar problem with new project and work in progress. See attachments.
Submenu on desktop works in browser previews.
Won 't work when importing theme and content.
Theme via the add theme in wordpress and content via the nicepage/import (removing previous imported content)
Have to recreate submenu via wordpress edit page then doubleclick menu to add submenu with link to block.
Preview online to main page and submenu work from home page. When trying to get to submenu from another page, the submenu takes on that pages parent attaching the submenu block to it thereby making the link impossible.
Also tried to link main menu item to block in page rather than page itself. It can be set up via above method but when previewing, the link only goes to page and not the block.
