I can not delete the block and header content when i create a new position.
If the position is in the Header (language selection module for example) if you dont delete the content in the position you can not adjust the size of the position in Joomla

Unfortunately, the content of the Position control is not editable. But I've asked our developers to check what we can do to avoid problems in such cases.
