Hi,

I downloaded the Nicepage Wordpress plugin from https://nicepage.com/download-wordpress, installed it on localhost and managed to create my first page with Nicepage.

Very neat tool.

I have used Elementor and Siteorigin in the past and the Elementor Pro Wordpress designer plugin stops working after one year. What this essentially means is old pages designed by Elementor Pro continue to work/display but I can neither use Elementor Pro widgets to edit my old pages nor create new ones unless I renew my Elementor Pro licence which is a bummer when they claim the licence is for life.

How does Nicepage licensing work for Wordpress?

Say, I want to use Nicepage for a self hosted(Linode, Digital Ocean, AWS) single Wordpress website, which licence should I buy so that I have access to the page editor for the entire lifetime of the website to edit old pages and create new ones though updates stop working after a year which I reckon is fair.
This is strictly and strictly for self hosted Wordpress website and not using the desktop/laptop version to build pages and export to Wordpress.

You can start with Personal with which you get applications allowing to build themes, and wp plugin.

Another question - Will I be able to edit pages or create new ones within at least one Wordpress website with the Personal license? Or will I have to edit pages with Nicepage Windows software and export it to Wordpress?

There may be times when the software version may not exactly look as intended within Wordpress.

Hi,

Nicepage plugin for WordPress allows creating and editing Nicepage pages directly in WordPress.The Personal license includes an unlimited number of websites where you can install and use the Nicepage plugin.
But please note that the WP plugin does not support theme editing. Post and Blog Templates, as well as theme Header and Footer, can be edited in the Desktop application only.

Hi Hella,

Another noob question. Will I be able to access NicePage Pro features such as 1000+ block layouts, 100+ grid styles, export Wordpress themes even after my license expires after one year or will my NicePage fall back to the starter version if I don't renew it?
I can understand new updates will not reflect on my NicePage installation till I upgrade.

Reason why I ask is I have faced these issues with Mobirise and Elementor Pro where the builder doesn't allow me access to pro features at all after expiry.

Would be a nasty surprise to open the builder after a year and find half the page and block layouts not working at all.

Hi,

You will be able to use the application and all it's features (except the stock images library) after the free update period expires. You only won't receive the new block styles that we provide with each update as they come only with the updated version.
