Ask a Question

Hello support team!
I would like to create a blog area.
For this purpose I have designed the blog template in the desktop version of Nicepage.

The elements like post title, post text etc. all work great. Only the post image is not displayed! The post image is not displayed in the blog template or in the post template!

What do I have to do so that the post image (introductory image or main image) is taken over in Joomla?

Thanks and LG
Herbert

Herbert,

The Post Image in the applications is the placeholder. And you will see that once you import the template to your joomla website.

Thank you!

Hi,
so I understand this correctly: The title and the text is taken from the post in Joomla. The image is not taken over?
Greetings
Herbert

Hello,
the post picture does not work!

Two questions:
Which picture should it take over? The introductory picture or the main picture?

What could be the reason that it does not work?

Thank you for your patience and best wishes
Herbert

Hi Herbert,

The Nicepage Post Image control uses Joomla Intro image when it is added to the Blog Template and Full Article image when it is added to the Post Template. Please make sure that you added Post Image control to the Post and Blog Pages and listed images to the article under the Joomla article "Images and Links" settings.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Olivia

Hello, Olivia,
thank you very much for your answer.
There are three screenshots in the attachment. In them you can see that I have inserted the POST-IMAGE in the desktop version. But it is not taken over by Joomla!
Is this a bug?

Thanks for your help and best regards
Herbert
