Before 2.23 everything works fine with the lightbox and gallery and many other things. Since the Update more and more BUGs coming up and we have NO TIME to look for a workaround cause we are in PRODUCTION!!!!! Please give us the possibility to downgrade 1 or 2 versions back......to be able to keep up our PRODUCTION!!!!

Nice and thx for the lightning-fast help BUT is it possible to load a newer layout in the older version of nice page for example 2.23 into 2.22 or 2.21? otherwise, it makes no sense
we have all files in the WordPress plugin and if no rollback is available what could be the solution?

Hi,

In general, you should not have major problems with the previous version.
But could you please describe the issue with the 2.23 update in more detail?
If you're using a Nicepage theme, I suggest that you update the Desktop application, export the theme from the updated add and install on your website. This may help if the issue is related to the missing styles and scripts between versions. Usually, it affects galleries, lightboxes, and new controls.

Hello Olivia,
first off all many thx for a quick response......BUT we do NOT use the desktop app for THIS Project....we created it from scratch online and migrate the layout to the final Domain.....everythings works fine BUT after the UPDATE from 2.22 TO 2.23 the described errors and fails come up. However....we have a solution for it now.....an fr the Future we WAIT for 1 or 2 Version Before Update :-)
