Hi Melvin,
Nicepage works with the menu in the same way as any other Joomla theme and content builder. You should create the menu in Joomla, add the Menu module to the "hmenu" module position, and publish this module on all pages.
The Joomla menu is displayed by the Nicepage Menu control located in the Header.
