I encounter the problem that some blog posts are not in the correct order (publishing date). The order ist not affected by the joomla settings for category blog. I could not find any options in nicepage desktop where I set up the blog template. Where is it determined? (please look here: fcsb.de/gesamtschule/blog)
Regards, Marco

I am still waiting for a bugfix as the articles are still not sorted correctly by their date. Could you have your developers have a look a the issue?

Hi, Marco from Italy here. My blog post are out of control by date. It seems that "modified" date is assumed as "start published" and than that "start published" is used for the sort order while I imposted sort order most recent date and date "creation".
Hoping being useful
Good luck!

OK, maybe I found the solution. The tip from Marco (ciao Marco) helped me to understand how order works.
Let's say I have posts A B D C and I want to reorder them C D B A.
the date of creation / publising is not important.
nicepage - simply - looks when you click on "Save" button of the article.
So open article A and save it
So open article B and save it
So open article C and save it
So open article D and save it
with this sequence I get my new order D C B A
please Support Team, fix this bug!!!

Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
As it turned out, the Theme is not involved in the ordering of Posts.
This is a process on the CMS side.
If you change the Theme to the default one, for example, Protostar, the output is the same.

Even for HTML websites I'm unable to change the order of the posts
Even for HTML websites I'm unable to change the order of the postsYou can manually order the posts in Joomla.
That's what I did.
See :
https://freget-associes.fr/freget-glaser/publications/2-uncategorised/130-publications
