I have also problem with Contact Form 7. I read article from link you give and I have still red message after submit form.

I make new form in Nicepage plugin and the same problem. What is wrong?

On this site, it looks you have a problem with form due to the Recaptcha settings. Perhaps you entered Recaptcha keys incorrectly (made a mistake) or used keys for ReCaptcha v.2. Please check ReCaptcha settings.

I read "Use reCAPTCHA Integration" tutorial and made updates in settings. I think everything is good now but there is still problem... Do you have another idea?

Ok, then please try to disable Recaptcha (completely), check if the form works in this case or not.

Also, check if the contact form works on a regular WordPress page with disabled Recaptcha:

1. If the form does not work, then contact your hosting provider with this problem.
2. If it works, then create a private case and provide temporary access to the site admin panel, we will check this problem.
