Hi, I've created a website and really happy with it and I've uploaded it to a folder on my public_html and all works fine.
I then created another website that I want to upload to another folder in my public_html. I have exported it and it says it's done it but there is nothing in the folder when I check the directory!
Why is it working for one website but not another? the only difference is the folder name on the remote directory.

Sorry for the basic questions.
Did you download your second site to a different folder on your computer?
Are there files there?
What are you using to upload your files to your host?
A program like Filezilla or something else?

Hi, I'm trying to download the files to a server that hosts my websites. I've created a folder within my my public_html which I will then point a domain name too. It has worked successfully for my first website.
I'm using the 'export theme and pages' tab in Nicepage - using html and export as ftp. I've already logged into the site correctly, set the remote directory pointing to my folder.... exported and it runs through the export process correctly and says successful.... but the files aren't in the folder!

Just looking at your reply, I could export the site to a folder on my desktop and then manual upload it via my control panel.

Seems the long way round though when there is an export facility in Nicepage!

Hi,

As I understand, you have a remote server with a public_html folder that contains two subfolders. You successfully uploaded website 1 to subfolder 1, but you cannot upload website 2 to subfolder 2. I suggest that you check subfolder 2 permissions and try uploading something to this folder using any other FTP client like FileZilla. Please keep us posted about the progress.

hey I used nicepage and uploaded i wordpress but unfortunately when i go to view page it is not visible at first but when i click home it loads and the nicepage comes why is that so

Please check your admin panel - Settings - Reading - which page is the first one to load, for example
