Things that doesn´t update when edit them in Wordpress...

Hi, Nicepage Team!

There are several things that doesn´t update when edited into Wordpress, even going to specifics sections to edit...
Like: header, menu design or options, apply the "back to top"... well, mostly things that "maybe" came wrong from the exported and then imported WP theme (even they may look good in NP before exporting)... but why to include these sections or options to edit for this if the changes won´t be applied or take place once in Wordpress unless go editing and exporting this theme options from Nicepage all over?

I´m really sorry if I´m being a "pain in the ass" but I´m really trying to work and prepare the most into Nicepage Desktop before exporting to HTML or Wordpress (I don´t know wich version would the client prefere, but guess it should work at its finest), and I´m getting this types of errors... so I´m trying that you may "stay with me" at this point, just because of client needs that have to be solve for their websites to work as properly as it can after I convinced them to use Nicepage... for example :P

Oh! And "by the way"... choosed color palettes and fonts (into Nicepage Desktop) are not being exported into or listed/recognized when exported WP theme is imported... those options appears blank so I needed to copy and paste the colors from the NP Desktop to the WP theme options... and fonts show into the website but not into the fonts options for the theme into Wordpress... just a blank "selector" space...

Hi Luis,

I'm terribly sorry for the delay in replying. You have mentioned several problems and lets' try to solve them one by one. It will be easier if you mention one problem per case so it will be easier for us to investigate them.

  1. I do not completely understand what is not correct with the menu, header and back to top. If you edit those options in the plug-in on the site, then the changes should be applied and you will see them on the pages created with Nicepage. The menu links should be edited in the menu option in WP settings once you have uploaded the theme to WP. So provide more details about this problem and an access to the site backend.
  2. This problem is reproducible and our developers will check it.

Thank you. Don´t worry, I understand all of you are busy.

I think the menu problem could have something to do when updating version, but that I already fixed creating and exporting the theme from newer version again.

The issue that I couldn´t solve was the "Color pallette"... it doesn´t come with the theme when imported into WP. All colors are blank in the theme options and have to copy-paste the hex number one by one so I can use them once into WP.
