Could you please upload your problem file to some cloud hosting and provide us with the download link so we could see if the issue is caused by the specific file.
If you have problems with the already uploaded files, please let us know which one and also upload it to the cloud and provide a link.

Hi Miran,

Please try to open the attachment again and press F12, navigate to the Console tab and copy an error message. Then also open the Network tab and reload the attachment and provide a screen shot of the results from the Network tab.
