Can we get a feature that enables us to lock up a website's photos and copy-written text and prevents them from being lifted or otherwise downloaded from our site? With the flip of a switch?

You can use the external code and plug-ins to implement such functionality on your site.

To be fair, there are very capable products on the internet nowadays that can remove watermarks also with the "flip of a switch" as you put it :)
