Designer app License is connected with Nicepage Desktop and premium features of the License can't be used with Nicepage Online Builder.

Can I use the online builder with my [personal] Designer app package license?
I always use the online builder but sometimes when i have a bad internet connection I use the desktop app.

Unfortunately, there are no screenshots attached. But it looks like you have two accounts in our system.
Please make sure that you're using the account that you used when you purchased the license.
