Cannot import project to wordpress

Hi ,

I have exported project from my Nicepage desktop app and installed Wordpress on my website.
I used your video manual to upload project to Wordpress.

I get stuck on importing content.
Nothing is happening.

After some time if I try to import through Nicepage plugin, I get this error.

Error occured: (status 500) Application error The server encountered
an internal error and was unable to complete your request. This may be
caused by application error or request timeout. If this error is
permanent, please contact webmaster.

Please could you help ?

I have same problem,. please resolve fast

How did you fix this? My host requested I pay more for unlimited size etc, when I did, same problem. It's stuck at importint content.

Hi,

Please note error 500 is often a rights error. To understand what caused it, please check server logs or contact your hoster provider with this question. Perhaps the server has a limitation in ModSecurity or limits are very low in the php.ini file. Compare the size of the archive and the limits in php.ini and increase limits, if necessary.
