problem with program

When i use Nicepage, it stops after a few minutes. The program asked me to reload. and i lose the last things i did.
i added a screenshot of the error message.
i downloaded the latest version, and i payed for it.
This happens since i changed computers.

please help me

Does the issue happen with all websites or with the specific one? If the issue happens with just one of your websites, please export as Project an attach to this topic so we can investigate this issue on our side.

Thank you for answer.
This problem happens with every site, even if i make a new one.
I uninstalled and reinstalled an older version 2.15, this seems to worked beter, but gave the problem a bit later.
i can't attach the project file, it's to big.

Dirk,

Did you change the Nicepage projects folder to Dropbox or similar folder?
