If I purchase the updates for 1 year can I get the updates that occurred between Sept 2019 and now?

Pretty sure yes. Now, i don't know how they'll handle the timegap if you werent subscribed inbetween. Some software requires a continuous subscription model. EG your original subscription expired in june 2019. You purchase a 1 year renewal, which "renews" the subscription until june 2020. Now since we're july, that 1y would also immediately expire again. Now i don't know if Nicepage does it that way.
That said, you should really remove your e-mail from your post. mail scraping webbots do exist and they'll love to pick up yours to send spam.

Yes, you will get all the versions that were released in that period, but it's better to use the most current update that is available now. And your new year of free updates will start from the date of your new purchase.
