Not Receiving License Rights I Purchased

Why, after purchasing the NicePage Pro edition, am I not able to use the downloaded version of NicePage on Windows 10. When I click the activate license link under my profile on your Windows downloaded version on my computer it says, "sorry we cannot activate your license because you have no license" I purchased the NicePage Pro edition as a former Artisteer member on Dec 26, 2019. The order number is 18514409. I look forward to your help to solve this.

Hi David,

The Pro license is applied to this account. But according to the records you were trying to use the online editor on nicepage.com. It is not included in your license. Please download the desktop application for Windows and activate it using the same account as here. Let me know if that works fine.

I uninstalled NicePage on my computer and then downloaded it from Nicepage again after I was logged into my account. I then again installed NicePage and it is still repeating the same problem. It shows a checkmark to the left of the Activate link under My Profile in the Windows 10 Nicepage software but when I click on it to Activate I get the same message telling me I do not have a license when I do. When I log into Nicepage online and I click on the licenses link I where I can add users since I can add users I will try that for now and see if that works. However, the license should work with my first email address which is thomsondj7@telus.net. Maybe the reason it will not work is that I bought a prescription with Nicepage in the past and probably used that email address. Also when I purchased this prescription I had my computer at my mother's place but now she is in a care home and I am back at my place so maybe the IP address of my computer is the problem. Now, I just added my first user by using my other email address and when I open Nicepage on my computer it still have the same problem. I was really wanting to use this software today so I look forward to this problem being overcome.

Hi David,

According to our records, the desktop application is using the thomsonjdavid@gmail.com account. Please try to log out, reload the application and then log in using the thomsondj7@telus.net account. That should help.
Also, about the client license that you were trying to use in your desktop application, that client license is for working with the plug-ins on the live site only, the desktop application is not included in the client license.

Let me know if log out/log in manipulation works fine.

Nicepage is now working after I followed your instructions. The only thing I need to point out is that at https://nicepage.com/premium it shows under Design App Pack which is without the hosting, that in the Pro version, which I have, there is the feature of being able to use 10 additional clients but that is just with WordPress and Joomla Plugins. I will probably not need this feature as I only am using this software.
