Hi,

We plan to support the option to upload PDF files and add a link to this file in the future Nicepage updates. At this moment this feature is available in the Desktop application only.

How do I find the exact root path to joomla website/images/....some file...

The joomla website/ is equivalent to the website root. For example:
www.olivia.com/images/...some file...

You can upload .pdf files and put them inside a folder on your host using filezilla.
Then link to those files from your web page, and check the box so it opens in a new page.
That works well for me.
