I tried to fill in links for impressum and datenschutzerklärung into the footer. In the backend it is displayed,but it does not change in the frontend?

As you have edited the Footer in the Joomla plug-in on the site, the changes are applied only to the Nicepage articles that are using the Nicepage Header and Footer option as the template. If you need to change footer globally for the whole site, then you need to edit it in the desktop application and export as the new theme.
