I am totally unimpressed with Nicepage

I wish you would implement vertical menus that could be placed in custom positions. I tried Nicepage a couple years ago and asked to be changed to Themler for that reason. Now after paying $199 for Themler, it no longer runs on my windows 10 laptop. But then Themler was way to complicated with virtually useless documentation which is why I went back for another try of Nicepage.

I really would like a refund on my today's purchase of Nicepage. Nicepage is still just way too limited for what I need.

Artisteer was so easy to use and make Joomla templates. Both Nicepage and Themler are very confusing. I looks to me like you intend for Nicepage to used as a content editor and that's about it. I have a very deep website with multiple menus and tons of content using many components such as K2 and many others. It is baffling to me how to use anything in Nicepage.

Please refund my purchase.

Hi,

Thank you for your comments.
At this moment Nicepage does not support vertical menu control. It is not so popular in modern designs. But you can use any existing CMS plugin that creates this type of the menu.
Nicepage is a theme and content builder. Theme building is available in the Desktop application.
Could you please let us know what options you missing in Nicepage?
Nicepage should not conflict with K2 and other similar components. They can be used side-by-side. The nicepage theme can be applied to the K2 pages just like any other page.

Themler runs just fine here on my win 10 desktop. I'd have to check, but pretty sure i managed to use vertical menu's within custom content modules (on joomla at least)

I am also not happy with Nicepage. It has limited options. What can I do? Do you refund?

Hi,

You can delete the menu and make another one or just edit the existed one.

As another option select the menu and choose Hide On Devices at the bottom of the Property Panel,

I'm just another user, and although I was a bit miffed initially when Themler was abandoned after such a short period of time in favour of Nicepage; I'm now glad I've stuck with Nicepage. It has a lot more features now than it started with; and it is in constant development, which is great! I'm no expert by a long chalk, but I've discovered ways around many of its limitations.

It's easy enough to create your own menus from links or buttons. I've done it a few times. You can position them however you wish in a grid or column format. Alternatively, use the "Burger" or "mobile" menu, as that slides in as a vertical menu and can accommodate sub-menus.

Artisteer was great for the Wordpress sites that I used to make, but the designs became outdated very quickly. Now I find almost all Wordpress sites look very old fashioned and am trying to stick to HTML sites. They are not only far more modern-looking, but are also far less likely to be hacked. They load a lot faster too!
