The license is not lifetime but limited to one year use.
Then its downgraded to starter plan for access.
Nothing else included other than the software version you purchased.
And what good is the software if you cant build anything with it?

Please be transparent and just let us all know the software license is lifetime but your access is not and then we have to pay again to keep access needed to use your software version.

It doesn't matter what license you have. The Software is not good after a year if there is no access to the things you need to use it.
The way you are selling this software is very misleading.

We have mentioned above that the license is lifetime. When you purchase the license, you get also one year of free updates, but when it ends you do not have the downgraded application with the starter plan. You can use the current version you have with all the benefits of your license, but you cannot update to the newest updates without extending the free updates period. The "APP" is a lifetime license, but the updates are an extension of the app and that's where everyone is getting confused.

I think you should offer an additional package that supplied lifetime updates alongside the app.

Wouldn't it be better to download the new software version and just use the started plan at that point?

The started plan does not include the benefits of the images or the many blocks.
So this benefit will be gone when the license expires. Correct?

I am taking about what happens when it expires. What can i do with it?
To be able to access images and block I need to repay right?

Yes, the access to the images works only when the free updates period is active. The new blocks won't be available for you, but the old one that were released within your free updates period will be still available. But you still can use all the other benefits of the paid license. So after the free updates period expires just continue to use the current version without updates.

This is very frustrating I have the pro license and now after the free update have expired I am downgraded to the free version. All this talk about just the update not being available is not true, you lose ALL your pro options, I cant even add some blocks as it says not available for free version. And no not the "New" block even blocks I have used before I am not able to add them.

So where is the lifetime license then?

110% I am agreed because it is the same thing with me it is a huge bug because when we buy anything for the lifetime then it means we can use that software for a time life and agreed if we don't renew then the software update should stop even not back to starter package.
NicePage should resolve this issue because i never saw this thing on other software.

Yes, that confused me too.
But I understand it now and so far clearly.

My lifetime pro has expired.
Can still use it on the last version.
I don't yet know what the plugin will look like when the CMS updates - it seems to continue to work.

But I have another question.
Why should I now pay 143 for a 1-year update lifetime instead of 119 with subscription?

I bought the Lifetime.
Can I get the subscription update here or do I go back to the version when I had the lifetime when it expires?

It confuses me what advantage the lifetime has with an update.
The subscription costs less with the same range of functions - as long as you already have a lifetime.

By the way, I don't need all the hosting options, I would just need the current version for desktop/plugin.

btw:
Because I can't find it, what functionality does this "Starter Free Version" have???

my question again:
I have a lifetime pro (expired in March)
if I upgrade I pay 149
But when I upgrade with a subscription only 119

so... what if I choose subscription for an update?
When it expires, which premium version do I end up with?
the current 5.10.10 which I had when the life time expired or the current one after the year of the update?

I don't want to switch - I want to be able to continue using the premium features at the end of the term (with the last version) - but since I already had a lifetime and the prices are higher compared to Themler... I don't want all the hosting features but unfortunately is inclusive in the plans for the same price... I wanted to know what it would be like if I took out a subscription for the updates (based on my lifetime) and continued to use them afterwards

and the second question was... wich features have the "free starter version" - not public on website ?!

With a license extension, you get another 12 months of updates, and can keep using that last version at the end of the 12 months indefinitely.

With a subscription, it turns off at the end of 12 months.
You do not have access to it afterwares.
It's like renting the software for a certain period of time.
You would still be able to use the current lifetime license from the end of March, but if you updated any sites with a newer version, you probably won't be able to open them with that older version of the software.

If you log out of the website and look at the Premium page, it will show you the free Starter version in the grid.

i have the lifetime and i can use after expired

but this was not my question...
when with lifetime an upgrade after with subscription (change) - after expired also 5.10.x was i have now with lifetime - check this your system ? not that i suddenly have no premium after.

with current state of development i don't see why i should pay more - themler offers cheaper to upgrade.. but no more update over a year - is dead. In Nicepage all the hosting features should be charged separately in my opinion, who needs them.

and to the second... ok i checked this... only show if not logged in.
did not see the free starter before, because logged in.
