Galleeries lost Pictures

From 24 galleries on a total of 4 pages, 22 galleries are now without pictures (all assignments are interrupted). Since these gallery pictures in nicepage are all stored in one file, it is like a sack of puzzle pieces, nothing fits anymore. I am very frustrated, why is it not possible to work with folders? I don't get an answer to my last questions - why?

Does the issue happen with the desktop application? Please export the theme as a Project and attach it to the ticket.

Yes, on the desktop nice page and only for 2 days.
For information: I work with Wamp64 as a local host and then want to transfer the entire functioning website to my provider via FTP. The existing website will not be replaced until it runs smoothly on my local host, both on Chrome, such as Firefox and Opera.
