can't access My Sites

Hi Guyz Love Nicepage having an issue after i log in i then proceed to the My Sites icon to get to my designs bit i get an error message saying, Error failed to send requst:
http://84343-preview01 .nicepage.io/Header.html?version=5a128ec5-d37c-4567-9f3a-65bd49c02ba5*HTTP status - 404.Error - Not Found.
I have done a re instal of nicepage but this has not resolved the issue.

I hope you guyz can shed some light on this for me
