The Footer is looking ok with both browsers.

I have a problem with Grids, especially on Footer whereby when viewed on Safari Browser, the alignment is downwards and not across. The same site is okay on all other browsers and also when viewed on an IPhone.

Though i might update it within 24hrs since the client needs the site up and working urgently.

I also recommend that you add "Safari Browser" under the preview menu in the future.

Hi support team,

I encounter a similar problem but with safari and OS Catalina. The nicepage website looks good with Chrome, Firefox and Safari (iOS) but dreadful with Safari Mac OS. I used Mac OS 10.15.6, Safari 13.1.2, Chrome 83.0.4103.116 and Firefox 78.0.2. Have a look to the attached screenshots.
Please find a solution for that problem. Since I use nicepage, there are always and only problems with safari.

Our developers have fixed the issue with Grid on some of the Apple devices.
Please check your sites again and if you still have any problems with grids or other elements on the Apple devices, please create separate private topics and provide:
1. The link/s to the problem page
2. Nicepage Desktop website exported as a Project
3. Screenshots with the problem
4. Device version and browser version.

In this way, we will be able to fix these issues faster.

We notified our developers about the issue with Grid on some of the Apple devices.
But they need some time to investigate it and provide a fix. Unfortunately, no matter what, Apple devices are quite problematic.

If you have any other issues related to the mobile Safari and not associated with the Grid, please create a new topic with the screenshots, device version, and link to the problem page.

update as promised. What the customer reported to me:

1. iPhone 11 / iOS 13.5.1 / Safari 13.5.1 --> ERROR/View destroyed
2. iPad 5thGen / iOS 13.5.1 / Safari 13.5.1 --> ERROR/View destroyed
3. iPhone 8 / iOS 13.5.1 / Safari 13.5.1 --> OK/Works fine!!!

So it seems really something with the screen resolution

Hi Support,

tested already with a MacBook with MacOS 10.15.5 and Safari 13.1.1. That works correctly with the customer website!
This Mac is up-to-date atmo.!

Conclusion: Only mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) are affected as already stated in the intro for this ticket!

Hi Support Team,

can confirm issues here. Some minutes ago I've got a call from one of my customers, that they have the same issues.
The website view is totally destroyed. Things are not there where they should be (Header, Content, Footer).
I tested myself with a Safari 5.1 emulator and I can see the same.
In the meanwhile I am collecting more information about the current Apple unit modell ID, the used iOS and Safari version.

Hope this can be fixed easily then by you in a short amount of time. This is really bad!
These things cost as much money, because we have to analyse, fix, retest and rollout again the complete websites to these customers. Don't talk about the image loss towards the customer!

Hi my friend!
I have Iphone and Safari, this is problem with grides bigger than 2 cells.
2 cells works fine, more cells disappeared (empty) or goes crazy.
It's true!
Safari not supported...
