Ask a Question

Hi, I need to know how I can change the layout in every device, how does nicepage work? When I worked with CMS like joomla or wp the layout changed without I do anything. Now I see I have to change but when I try to make a different layout it changes everywhere and I don't know how to do that. Could you please explain me? Thanks.

when you click on a page, in the center of your screen at the top you'll see 5 icons

Desktop - Laptop - tablet (in portrait orientation) - tablet (in landscape orientation) - phone

click on the corresponding icon for which you want to observe and edit if needed

Hi, about that I have another problem. When I open the site with a Mac it's different from an another PC (windows) and from how I see in the screen of nicepage. How can I solve it? I add two attachments with the two screens, the larger picture is how I did the site in nicepage and how I see it on a windows pc.

Hi Salvatore,

I do not get what is the issue in these two screenshots. Could you please provide a link to your site and attach several marked screenshots pointing to the issue.

Hi, I attach another screenshot. The link of the site (site draft) is www.ilcanaledesignhouse.it/nicep what I am trying to say is:
when I work with the nicepage app, on my notebook, I see on the screen (for desktop) exactly what I want and what I see on the link. When I see the site on a Macbook or Mac desktop I see so many space on the two sides of the site and those are not be there.
In the screenshot from-mac.jpg I show the problem that I see, in the sreen shot from-windows-pc.jpg I show how it should be the site and how I see it when I work on nicepage and on my PC.
I hope it's more clear now

Hi,

The size of the blank space on both sides depends on the screen resolution. This is typical behavior for boxed layouts. In other words, when the control is stretched to fit the sheet only:

sheet-width.png

The max sheet width is 1140px. You will see much more blank space on the wide screen than on the small screen. This is behavior by default.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
