Ask a Question

Hi

Im a Nicepage newbie struggling with menu logo.

When I preview this is what i get a broken picture symbol as shown in the attached jpg:

I have been through the settings but i cant find where i set the logo. I must be looking in the wrong place. This is the standard menu i selected as a simple test.

Can somebody put me straight and tell me how i edit that setting to point at my logo image?

Cheers
Gary

Hello Gary,

To get what you want you just need to click on logo element and click Image button as on image below.

I wish it was that simple - if it was i would have solved it without posting. Unfortunately i don;'t see the "logo" image to click on in the builder, but when i preview it shows as a broken link. See "menu-logo2.jpg" attached shows what it looks like in the Windows builder software (latest version).

Any ideas?

I'm exporting to HTML, but to be clear you do not need to export to see the issue it shows in preview locally as a broken image (but not possible to edit).

Anyhow,. this is a URL to show the issue once published and FTP'd:

Hi

I've just solved it in a strange way. I had to keep clicking around in the alignment options. I put them the opposite way (eg "align Centre") to what they were set and then put them back (Align left) and magically the logo appeared and i could change it to my image by clicking on "logo" which now actually does something (it didn't before)

It seems very strange that i had to do that but it is back now and I have set a logo and it has retained it on preview.

Cheers
Gary

Gary,

You have zero width at your screenshot, this is probably the problem
Perhaps it was reset when the picture broke

Now everything is all right?
