Hi
Please advise how can I get the footer to be the same width size as the site sheet is not the full page. Also why it won't display a list with links on footer. I remove the list it displays links as normal text.

I don't see any option to stretch the control inside the footer to the screen width.
Simply stretch the control between the left and right edges of the editor area:
I have created a site theme and many pages on the windows app, when I upload onto Joomla all articles get the default option of nice page header and footer instead of theme. I have to go to each page to change it, it really pains in the neck
Unfortunately, this is behavior by default.
The option to add Back to top button to the Nicepage pages is available under the Page tab in the editor.

Secondly, I have back to top option on the theme but when I even change the option to theme template on each page I don't see back to the top on-site neither its option to add unless shift the viewing option to theme footer and header or nice page footer and header, why is that? This defeats the purpose of creating things in the windows app

I don't see any option to stretch the control inside the footer to the screen width. Please see the screenshot. Also the middlebox with useful articles, if I format that text as a list (with dot or numbers) it won't show up on-site so I have to format that as normal text.
