Insert HTML not working at all

I am trying to add code for a pop up chat module. The code needs to be inserted before the BODY tag.

When I add it to the page Properties additional head HTML it does not save it. I have tried it and different blocks as well as the site settings for the site. Same situation.

here is the code:

<!--End of Tawk.to Script-->

Hello.

thanks for the reply. I did get it to work. What I did was remove the start and end description tags in the script and it worked. Not sure if that makes sense.

Yes, you need to use the script without comments.
