Is it possible to set up Private pages on a web site using Nicepage.
I would like a page that only Club members can access with a username and passcode.

No, nicepage only designs pages. It doesn't control access to them. For that to work with static pages you'd need to use something like htaccess passwords https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5229656/password-protecting-a-directory-and-all-of-its-subfolders-using-htaccess
