Hi Mogens,
If the feature is implemented in the future, most probably the custom font will be available in the desktop application and in the plug-in also. But nothing can be said now as we do not work on such an option.

Would it be possible to use a custom font, when using the desktop app, and then upload the template and use it this way?
And if, will it then be possible to edit pages in Joomla Plugin with a custom font?

Unfortunately, Nicepage does not support uploading of custom fonts. But this option in our wishlist and we have added your request. At this moment we cannot say whether this feature will be implemented or not and when.
