You can add the custom code under the Site Settings >> HTML >> Additional Head HTML, that will be exported with the theme.

When we talk about Javascript we mean that the code should stay in Footer just before ending body tag .
I suggest Nicepage could open a Footer tab so that we can configurate Javascript correctly because at Header is not the right place.

Hi Jose,
The code will work also when added to the head section. In case you need it to be at the bottom, try to add it inside the HTML control and position it in the footer.
