Hi Javier,
Please note Nicepage uses reCaptcha v3 only. It works in a little different way than reCaptcha v2 and it is not visible on the Form. If you're using the proper keys for v3 for your website, you should see a small popup ReCaptcha icon in the bottom right corner of the site and it should protect from spam your site.
