Bug with reset changes for a block

I don't know why but on different blocks the reset function does not work to adapt the CSS properties for mobiles views.

You ask to reset a block, make some changes ... and then all the changes are applied to any other pages.

I can provide a video to show you the problem (and share a project file also in private mode)

Do I misuse this function?
