Ask a Question

I've already checked several forums on the topic, but I am not still 100% sure about the following:
- Every website is, in a way, commercial. An artist wants to sell his arts; a restaurant wants to get more customers; a freelance wants to sell his services; an installer wants to get more customers; some have web-shops; etc.
- I have bought the "Ultimate" Plan.
- I am a web designer and creating websites for all kinds of companies and self-employed customers. Am I allowed to use pictures/icons available in "Pixabay," "From Nicepage" tabs to create websites for them? In other words, can companies/people that got the website from me (created in Nicepage) keep using those pictures/icons on the same website;
- If they can. Is it required to have any copyright notes somewhere on the website?
- Is there any difference between licenses "Pixabay" and "From Nicepage" tabs for a person/company who got the website created in Nicepage from me?
- Example: today, I create a website for the restaurant and use images from the "Pixabay" and "From Nicepage" tabs. Tomorrow somebody contacts the owner of the restaurant and threatens him, claiming that images belong to him. What am I to do? What the owner of the restaurant to do?

Alex,

Please check our license agreemnet:
https://nicepage.com/Agreement

In short, you can use our images to create a website/template for a customer. The customer can use it on his/here hosting.

But you and your customer are not allowed to sell this website/template with images on sites like themplatemonster.

...................................................
Sincerely,
Chris
