I suggest that you try adding the code to the HTML control in the Footer. It should be close to the end of the BODY tag.

This is a plain javascript that I use. There is an html file that includes js, css, image. But in order for it to work for the section described above I need to paste a script otherwise it will not work. I will try the footer idea and show the end result.
Or it will not be a cms but a static website.
