sticky menu, but hide after scroll

Hard to explain. Easier to look at a website. (https://www.bevierlaw.com/) Can nicepage do what this menu does? It becomes sticky at first (also color changes), but after scrolling down a few panels the menu slides up and goes away. But if you mouse back up, the menu slides down and reappears.
