Hamburger menu with submenu not working as expected

Hello Team,
It looks like the hamburger menu isn't working as expected.
Whatever the link syntax (relative or absolute link) you enter to go to the upper level of a page, there remains a "dead link" without displaying the requested level. Whereas it works fine with the normal menu.
This happens with any browser and any device.
Please take this note into account as it is necessary to have this issue fixed urgently to all developers.

Hi Christian,

Do you mean that the menu items that have submenus do not work in the responsive menu? That is the correct behavior. The top level menu items act as the separator in the responsive views. That is the default behavior and cannot be changed.

Hi Hella,

this is a killer-option for Nicepage. It is no correct behavior for a webdesigner, but it is a bug. Every user will face this problem, some of us earlier, some of us later. There is no solution as you describe, so this is a big disadvantage beside other providers. If I had realized this before, I would never have decided for Nicepage. Please would you talk to your boss and ask for a solution? Other providers offer solutions for this, so I suggest Nicepage should also do. Thanks for your efforts!

Hi Hella,

this problem should be addressed with PRIORITY as it is clearly a BUG since the beginning.
Being a user of your software since day one, I am not used to such ignorance from NICEPAGE side and the problem should long be solved!
You guys are so flexible and quick in adding new stuff , but when it comes to solve long knowing and old bugs you are stubborn as a buffalo.
So please do something... as the community using mobile gadgets to browse online content is growing and growing and if this will not get solved ASAP, NICEPAGE can close down.

Thanks for your immediate attention and I hope for a quick solution of this BUG .. meanwhile I will not recommending your software anymore and communicate this major problem in all social media possible.

I´m currently having the same problem and I cant figure how to fix it!!!!! This is two years later and you still haven´t fixed it!!!
This is ridicolous. I want to have a submenu on my webpage and it doesn´t work for hamburger mode that is so bad and sad.
Can you please come with a solution????

Hello,

We added the option under the Menu Element >> Edit Panel >> Submenu Level >> With Reload. It allows you to click on the parent item in the responsive menu and load the page linked to this item. The subitems will be available after the parent page loading.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Have tried that and nop, doesn´t work!! When the hamburger menu is visible nothing happens. It´s not possible to click on anything that has a submenu, Do you have more suggestions??
