Ask a Question

Hello Mr. Support,
My question is about the new website but first let me give the current situation. I haven't designed a page yet but I will do it using nicepage. The Page will be for a small store. Once designed, which annual plan do you recommend? This store is going to sell food online but using a third party(Possible Dashdoor). I want to use your hosting services as well but the domain name of this store is held by GoDaddy. How I can transfer the domain name and use your hosting services? And the last question, how I can include the dashdoor logo/snippet into the code?

Thanks,
Ed Quijano

Hi,

To insert the custom code use the HTML control, there you can paste your code and it will render the desired element.

Thanks for the answer. it was a little late but it's ok.
The snippet that I mentioned is only a link to a third party where they going to handle the sales. The snippet is a button and as it comes with HTML code, my question is addressed on how am I going to insert the piece of code? For example, I design the page with Nicepage online or the desktop version, how I get access to the code and insert the snippet?

Thanks again,
Ed

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. Nicepage can be used to create the HTML site or theme with content for WP and Joomla sites. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with Dashdoor and what is it and how is it integrated into the site.
Probably for the store you need to use some CMS like WP or Joomla to operate with the sales from the CMS dashboard. Nicepage does not crate themes for the e-commerce solutions for WP and Joomla, but you can create the theme and other content of the site using Nicepage, then install the shop component and work with it inside your site dashboard.
As for the hosting, Nicepage hosting allows to host the HTML sites created with the online nicepage.com editor, you can try to insert the code fr the shop inside this HTML site but I do not think that it will work as the shop this way. So maybe you need to investigate the possibilities a bit to see what exact solution is better for your needs. You can tell more about the shop that you need to create so we could advice better.
